A fine blend of mellow alt country and gritty roots rock on tap from this group, who are often described as playing music with a ‘growl and twang’.
The Project, fronted by Bob Porter as the name suggests, offers a blend of originals and covers, influenced by the likes of Ryan Adams, the three Toms (Russell, Waits and Rush) and Bob Dylan.
2022 Update: Bob is still performing in the area, both as a solo artist and with the band.
